本文主要致力于电励磁双凸极电机特性的研究,在分析和总结电励磁双凸极电机的结构和原理以及发电、电动运行原理及特性基础上,研究了电励磁双凸极电机的电磁参数设计,电机静态、稳态特性,并将其与相同外形尺寸的调速异步机进行效率、机械特性等多方面的对比分析。 首先,介绍了电励磁双凸极电机的结构、工作原理,根据电路和磁路原理建立数学模型。基于磁链线性化处理,介绍了三相三状态、三相六状态、提前角度等控制方式,详细介绍了每种控制的开关方式,为双凸极电机的电动运行控制提供理论基础。 然后依据选定型号的调速异步机国标参数,设计本文所研究的电励磁双凸极电机主要结构参数。利用二维有限元软件对所设计的三相12/8极电励磁双凸极电机进行场计算,主要包括磁力线、磁密、磁链及反电势、电感和齿槽转矩等静态参数。基于有限元法对电机的静态分析,构建了系统稳态运行的仿真模型,对系统稳态运行中相绕组电流及旋转电势、磁链、电感、母线电流及输出转矩、机械特性进行仿真研究分析。对比各种不同控制方式下,电机的稳态特性,并与调速异步机进行效率及机械特性对比,为电励磁双凸极电机的推广应用提供了理论依据。 最后,从不同转子极宽的角度分析结构参数对电励磁双凸极电机性能的影响,通过有限元静态分析和系统稳态分析,研究转子极宽对电机的主要影响。

This paper mainly focuses on the characteristics of the Doubly Salient Machine.The electromagnetic parameters of the machine are designed based on the analysis of the structure and operation principle.Then analyse the static and steady characteristics, which is for the comparison with the asynchronous machine. First, the introduction about the structure, operating principle and mathematical model of the concerned DSM is given. Based on the linear disposal of excitation flux, the three-phase three-state, three-phase six-state and advanced-angle control methods are introduced and analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for doubly salient electromagnetic motor operation control. Based on the speed asynchronous machine structure, the doubly salient machine is designed, then planar Finite Element Method (FEA) is applied to analyze the magnetic field inside the motor, And a series of static characteristics are investigated, such as field distribution, air gap magnetic density, field flux, inductance, static torque, torque ripple. On the bases of FEA results, a steady analysis method for the motor system’s running steadily is proposed. And a primary research work has been done on some steady characteristics of the system, such as phase current, field flux, inductance, voltage, output torque and mechanical properties. Finally, the efficiency characteristic of the DSEM and IM is compared, which provide theoretical basis for application promotion of the DSEM. The influences on static characteristics and steady characteristics are investigated exerted by the change of the rotor tooth-width. All these provide references for the design of motor.
